Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the ERP system.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Design and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs, including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Work closely with ERP implementation teams to oversee system installation, testing, and training activities.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and system configurations.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the ERP system, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
